Talk like a pirate day.

Today Liam came over in pirate garb. He said that today was "talk like a pirate day" arggg! He had a bandana on his head, a plastic pirate sword and a plastic hook for his hand.

Rub my feet

My husband used to work on his feet a lot and loves to have his feet rubbed.  It actually puts him to sleep.  Well yesterday Bern was laying on the couch and asked me to rub his feet.  Liam jumped up on top of Grandpop, layed back, put his hands behind his head, then shot his feet to me and asked me to rub his feet (instead of Grandpop).  I managed to rub both their feet with a lot a laughter.  God I love that child!

Grandchildren say some of the neatest things

Grandchildren say some of the neatest things and a lot of times in the right context.  My Grandson, Liam, is 4 going on 5 in Nov. The other day he was playing air hockey with his Uncle Joe and as usual Uncle Joe was running his mouth.  Liam looked up and asked, "Uncle Joe, please do me a favor".  Uncle Joe said, "What"? Liam replied, "shut the hole that makes the words"!  This came from his latest favorite movie, Alpha and Omega.  Grandkids - gotta love 'em!
